Hi there! I’m Linda.

I am here to hold space for others to help reconnect yourself through energy healing and healing tools.

I was always known as the "magnet" where others would come for guidance. I found myself always holding space for others, and not myself.

Many years ago, I came to a point in my life my "magnet" was no longer able to hold anymore for others. This is where I decided to take a break on "life," and I needed to hold space for myself, but figuring out how to create it.

Through finding this, I took the time to discover myself by going back into my childhood where I recalled memories of my father as the community healer in my hometown. I admired everything he did for others who needed guidance which encouraged me to look into self-healing through readings, workshops, and research. This is where I discovered Reiki Energy Healing.

I practiced Reiki Energy Healing for my own self-healing journey, which allowed me to discover more modalities like Sound Bath Healing and Crystals to continue my journey of on going self-healing.

I knew that I wasn't the only one struggling to find time to hold space for myself, so I decided to create a safe space to provide energy healing services, sound bath healing session and holistic tools for others to hold space for themselves either here at Love Your Body and Soul, at home or within their workspace.

  • Reiki Energy Healing

    A reiki session with Linda consists of “hands-on” healing where she will focus on guiding energy throughout your body with light touch. Your Reiki Session may include other healing modalities like crystals, herbal cleansing and sound healing.

  • Sound Bath

    Love Your Body & Soul offers monthly Group Sound Baths, individual session or customize your own group Sound Bath. A Sound Bath session with Linda, you’ll experience a full-body listening experience where you will be bathed in sounds and vibrations by a variety of instruments like Tibetan Sound Bowls, sea drums and gongs. Each instrument emits healing waves & frequencies throughout your body putting you in deep relaxation.

    Create Your Space at home or workplace with intentionally chosen crystals. Linda loves her crystals or scientifically known as Gems and Minerals.
