You’ll be bathed in therapeutic sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs and more. As the sounds wash over you, they help quiet the mind, release stress, and bring harmony to your body.

No Experience Needed! This is a beginner-friendly experience. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and let the healing sounds do the work.

Note: Mats, eye pillows and blankets are included. Feel free to bring extra props to enhance your healing session!
