We are inviting adults to join us in an intimate group sound bath session. Each session will focus on creating space within by tapping into your inner space. This is the time to give yourself permission to “be…” You will experience a full-body sound bath with different sound tools that will bring you a sense of peace, calmness and deep relaxation.

We have created an intimate space offering a variety of props including yoga mats, pillows, eye pillows and blankets to help enhance your comfort and experience. Are you ready to tap into your inner space?
