My name is Linda Stoeckly, and I’m the owner of Love Your Body & Soul. My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself through gentle, supportive practices such as Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Healing, and other holistic tools that bring ease, clarity, and balance into your life.

A Little About My Journey

Energy healing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s woven into my family history, and I grew up watching my dad support others through his own healing work. Observing him taught me how subtle and powerful energy can be in nurturing both the body and the mind.

As I moved through life, people naturally turned to me for guidance but eventually, I realized I was giving more than I had. I was showing up for everyone except myself. So I pressed pause. I stepped back from the noise and, for the first time, learned how to hold space for me.

In that stillness, I found my way back to my roots. I remembered the quiet wisdom my father shared and the heartfelt way he approached every person he helped. Inspired by his example, I dove deeper into my own exploration through books, workshops, and self-reflection.

This journey ultimately led me to formally begin practicing Reiki in 2018. Over the years, I’ve taken what I learned from my dad and blended it with Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Healing, crystal energy work, and other modalities to create sessions that are grounding, intuitive, and deeply personal to each individual.

That pause, that moment of returning to myself had reminded me how much I love this work and how deeply I value supporting others in their healing journeys. I’m grateful to be offering this work and honored to share it with you.

How We Can Work Together

I do not have a studio space. Instead, I come to you. I offer mobile Reiki Energy Healing and Sound healing, meeting you in the place where you feel most at ease. That might be:

•Your home

•Your office or studio

• A space that feels familiar, safe, and comfortable

I bring everything needed for the session so you can simply show up, breathe, and be present. I’m based in La Crosse County, but I’m happy to travel. Truly, no place is too far.

This is your time to pause. Your time to reconnect with yourself. Your time to feel supported, cared for, and grounded.

    A reiki session with Linda consists of “hands-on” healing where she will focus on guiding energy throughout your body with light touch. Your Reiki Session may include other healing modalities like crystals, herbal cleansing and sound healing.

    Love Your Body & Soul offers monthly Group Sound Baths, individual session or customize your own group Sound Bath. A Sound Bath session with Linda, you’ll experience a full-body listening experience where you will be bathed in sounds and vibrations by a variety of instruments like Tibetan Sound Bowls, sea drums and gongs. Each instrument emits healing waves & frequencies throughout your body putting you in deep relaxation.
