Welcome—I’m Linda Stoeckly, the heart behind Love Your Body & Soul. I’m here to support you in reconnecting with yourself through gentle healing practices such as Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Healing, and other holistic tools that invite calm, clarity, and balance into your everyday life.

A Little About My Journey

Energy healing has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I watched my dad support others through his healing work, which taught me how subtle yet powerful energy can be for both the body and mind.

In 2018, I formally began practicing Reiki. Today, I blend what I learned from my dad with Reiki, sound healing, crystal energy, and other modalities to create intuitive, grounding sessions tailored to each individual. I’m deeply grateful to offer this work and honored to support others on their healing journeys.

How We Can Work Together

I’m a fully mobile practitioner offering 1:1 Reiki sessions, 1:1 sound healing, group sound baths for private gatherings and corporate events, as well as weekly public sound baths open to the community. Rather than working from a studio, I meet you where you feel most at ease—your home, office, studio, or any space that feels familiar and comforting.

I’m based in La Crosse County and gladly travel beyond it—no place is too far when it comes to supporting your healing. This is your time to pause, reconnect, and feel supported, cared for, and grounded.

  • Sound Bath Healing

    Linda offers weekly Group Sound Bath sessions, 1:1 sessions and private and corporate customized group sessions. A Sound Bath session with Linda, you’ll experience a full-body listening experience where you will be bathed in sounds and vibrations by a variety of instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Sound Bowls, sea drums and gongs. Each instrument emits healing waves & frequencies throughout your body putting you in deep relaxation.
