My name is Linda Stoeckly, and I’m the owner of Love Your Body & Soul. My goal is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself through gentle, supportive practices like Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Healing, and other holistic tools that bring ease, clarity, and balance into your life.

A Little About My Journey

Energy healing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s woven into my family history, and I grew up watching my dad support others through his own healing work. Observing him taught me how subtle and powerful energy can be in nurturing both the body and the mind.

As I moved through life, people naturally turned to me for guidance but eventually, I realized I was giving more than I had. I was showing up for everyone except myself. So I pressed pause. I stepped back from the noise and, for the first time, learned how to hold space for me.

In that stillness, I found my way back to my roots. I remembered the quiet wisdom my father shared and the heartfelt way he approached every person he helped. Inspired by his example, I dove deeper into my own exploration through books, workshops, and self-reflection.

This journey ultimately led me to formally begin practicing Reiki in 2018. Over the years, I’ve taken what I learned from my dad and blended it with Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Healing, crystal energy work, and other modalities to create sessions that are grounding, intuitive, and deeply personal to each individual.

That pause, that moment of returning to myself had reminded me how much I love this work and how deeply I value supporting others in their healing journeys. I’m grateful to be offering this work and honored to share it with you.

How We Can Work Together

I’m a fully mobile practitioner offering 1:1 Reiki sessions, 1:1 sound healing, and group sound bath healing for private gatherings and corporate events. Because I don’t operate out of a studio, I meet you in the places where you feel most at ease. Your home, your office, your studio space, or any setting that feels familiar and comforting.

For group sound baths, I can come directly to your company, retreat, or private event. And if you don’t have a suitable space, I’ll take care of it! I’ll find and secure a venue that aligns with the intention and energy of your gathering.

For all sessions, whether Reiki or sound healing, I bring everything needed so you can simply arrive, breathe, and receive.

I’m based in La Crosse County, and I’m happy to travel beyond it. No place is too far when it comes to supporting your healing.

  • Sound Bath Healing

    Linda offers monthly Group Sound Bath sessions, 1:1 sessions or private customized group sessions. A Sound Bath session with Linda, you’ll experience a full-body listening experience where you will be bathed in sounds and vibrations by a variety of instruments like Tibetan Sound Bowls, sea drums and gongs. Each instrument emits healing waves & frequencies throughout your body putting you in deep relaxation.

    Create Your Space at home or workplace with intentionally chosen crystals. Linda loves her crystals or scientifically known as Gems and Minerals. She travels around the United States to find the perfect piece for you! Send her a message to find your unique piece, or she can help put together a crystal kit.
